At Charmain’s Jamaican Kitchen, I’m serving up bold, mouth watering flavours straight from Jamaica—right here in Australia! From sizzling Jerk Chicken to slow-cooked Curried Goat, every dish is made fresh with top-quality ingredients (including homegrown herbs!).

While it melted faster than anticipated, the experience sparked a lifelong journey of learning the art of chocolate-making—temperatures, moulds, designs, and all!
From 3D chocolate elephants to customised truffles, our chocolates are hand-tempered and moulded using premium Belgian couverture chocolate from Ravico. Each piece is a labour of love made in our licensed commercial kitchen, Charmain’s Jamaican Kitchen. We craft small batches for the perfect snap, shine, and melt in your mouth experience.
Today, we’re excited to offer our chocolates online (soon) with a twist! You can still find holiday-themed treats, giant bunnies for Easter, and wedding favours, but now you can also enjoy exclusive wine and chocolate gift boxes, created in partnership with the award-winning Kings of Kangaroo Ground Winery.
